职位描述/要求:
Sales Planning 15%
· Develop a personal annual sales plan, consistent with the goals and objectives of the company, to be reviewed and updated quarterly with the China General Manager China
· Develop and implement sales strategies for prospecting and acquiring new customers within his or her assigned territory
· Develop a quarterly travel schedule in consultation with the China General Manager China, balancing new and existing customers
Sales Calls 80%
· Meet face to face with customers and prospects at least 80% of time on the job
· Maintain and increase sales to existing customers within assigned territory
· Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery within Company guidelines in order to maximize sales volume and margins
· Demonstrate products and Company capabilities, with special emphasis on quality of service
Personal Planning and Growth
· Follow a path of continuous improvement, using both internal and external resources to enhance technical knowledge and sales skill levels
Sales Data 5%
· Maintain an accurate and updated prospect list, using CRM with the help of the inside Sales Representatives
· Complete a lead follow up form detailing the content of all calls made as a follow up to sales leads provided by suppliers
· Complete and maintain all required reports, paperwork, quotes, drawings, records and documentation
