职位描述/要求:
Financial Accounting
· Under the leadership of VP Finance of U.S. and China General Manager to fulfill accounting function in IEWC China
· Review daily activities in the A/R, A/P, inventory and property accounting areas to ensure appropriate roll-up of information in the financial statements
· Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly financial updates for the Board of Directors
· Manage the yearend consolidation and close processes in accordance with China GAAP
· Manage the annual audit of the Company’s financial statements
· Manage the annual budget and 5-year planning process in coordination with management
· Assist in the preparation and review of periodic tax and other regulatory compliance
· Assist with tax planning and payroll functions
Management Accounting
· Analyze and interpret financial and operational information to both support company initiatives and to facilitate and execute changes resulting in continuous improvement
· Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operating and capital expenditure budgets
· Assist in the creation, revision and maintenance of inventory and cost accounting procedures and systems
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of proper internal accounting controls
· Assist in the creation, revision and maintenance of accounting department policies, procedures and systems
Requirement
· Excellent English, computer and communication skill with strong ethic
· Bachelor degree major in accounting, 5 to 10 years experience
· Chinese CPA is prefer
